Booking Terms and Conditions

The Ticket is issued by Northshore Street Food and Art Markets Pty Ltd of Queensland ABN 96 165 800 706 trading as Eat Street Markets and Eat Street Drive-in (NSFAM).

The Ticket is sold on the condition that the holder is bound by these terms and conditions. By purchasing the Ticket you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as well as any other conditions specified by NSFAM on its website.

  1. General Admission Ticket allows entry for 1 (one) Adult. Concession Ticket allows entry for Children 3 -15 years of age (at time of entry), students, seniors and concession card holders. Children under 3 years of age are free.
  2. Vehicle Admission Ticket allows entry up to 7 (seven) people depending on which deal you purchased. All occupants must be wearing a seatbelt upon arrival. All patrons MUST arrive in the same vehicle at the same time. No commercial vans, limousines, buses or other commercial vehicles are permitted. Children under 3 years of age are free.
  3. Under 18's will only be permitted entry to the Venue when accompanied by a responsible adult.
  4. The Ticket is issued for use only on the specified Day/Date/Time.
  5. NSFAM is not liable to give a refund or exchange the Ticket for any reason.
  6. NSFAM reserves the right to require the presentation of ID or proof of age on a Concession Ticket.
  7. NSFAM reserve the right to cancel the event/screening at any time for the comfort and safety of our patrons. In the unfortunate event of cancellation we will post messages on the website and social media. It is important that prior to travelling to the event/screening that you check this website for any advance warning. If for any reason the event is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances including extreme weather prior to the event/screening commencing then your credit card will be refunded the full amount of your order. Refunds will not be given for a cancellation or termination due to adverse weather conditions once the movie commences. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for inadvertently booking the wrong session.
  8. NSFAM reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute movies and/or vary advertised programs, prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
  9. NSFAM reserves the right to prohibit the use of cameras, audio and video recorders.
  10. NSFAM reserves the right to inspect all bags, containers and vehicles being brought into the event and refuse entry to any person carrying any item that in the NSFAM absolute discretion is dangerous or prohibited.
  11. NSFAM reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose Ticket is damaged or does not have a fully visible barcode. Only printed Tickets or those displayed on an electronic device are valid for entry.
  12. Persons entering the event do so at their own risk. NSFAM accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage to any person or thing.
  13. Persons entering the event waive all rights in relation to any photograph, image or likeness of them produced whilst attending the event.
  14. No alcohol, illicit drugs, weapons or other items deemed dangerous by the Drive-In Owners of any type shall be bought on to the premises.
  15. Scooters (except mobility Scooters), bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or other equipment that may interfere with traffic are not permitted.
  16. Patrons may bring small animals to the Drive-In.  Guide dogs also permitted.  These must be on a lead at all times, where applicable.  Animals must be well behaved and kept under control at all times.  Any animals showing signs of aggression will be removed from the property immediately.  The Patron accompanying the animal will be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the dog at the Drive-In.  One animal per Patron. If any animal continues to disturb other patrons then the patron and pet will be asked to leave the premises.
  17. Patrons must wear footwear while at the Drive-In.
  18. The Drive-in is a smoke free venue. If you need to smoke you must go outside the venue.
  19. NSFAM reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons from the event for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, making excessive noise in the public areas, failing to follow any safety instructions/directions or failure to comply with any of these terms & conditions. Privacy Policy is available for viewing on the Eat Street Drive-in website.
